Dr. Izrail Gorian is Co-founder and President of Iscon Video Imaging. Dr. Gorian has decades of experience in imaging and software technology. Before founding Iscon, he held technical scientific positions at Polaroid, United Technologies and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Gorian holds more than 20 patents and has published several dozen scientific articles on image processing and pattern recognition. Dr. Gorian left Russia for the U.S. in 1992 recognized as one of the country's top scientists. He earned a PhD in computer science and a PhD in Russia.
Peter Harris - Chief Strategy Officer
Peter Harris is Chief Strategy Officer responsible for the company's overall product strategy and operational focus. Harris is a highly respected expert and security industry consultant. He was founder and president of International Security Systems (ISS), a security subsidiary of Analogics. Harris has also served as CEO and president of Rapor, Inc. as well as vice president of marketing at American Science & Engineering (AS&E). During his 22 year Naval Aviation career, Harris flew more than 2000 hours with 400 successful aircraft carrier landings.
Galina Doubinina, PhD - Chief Technology Officer Dr. Galina Doubinina is Co-founder and SVP at Iscon Video Imaging. Prior to founding Iscon, she worked at Advanced Technology Materials, Hughes Aircraft and Raytheon Corporation. She earned a PhD in Physics from State Optical Institute in St. Petersburg Russia. She has published numerous scientific articles in the areas of semiconductor thin film, infrared and optics.
Irina Gorian - Chief Financial Officer
Irina Gorian, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, has extensive experience in finance operations. Prior to joining Iscon, Irina worked for a number of financial institutions including US Alliance Federal Credit Union and South Shore Savings Bank among others. Irina earned a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Mass Communications.
Joanne Arsenault -Vice President - Worldwide Sales and Marketing
Joanne Arsenault has more than 19 years of experience in the security equipment arena including creation of markets for trace detection, large project sales to US and International Government Agencies, and post-sale support. Ms. Arsenault served as Director of U.S. and Latin American Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service at Ion Track Instruments, Inc.—a pioneer in the use of Trace for the detection of explosives and narcotics. Ion Track Instruments was subsequently sold to General Electric. She was Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing, and Global Service at Implant Sciences, Inc., a ‘start-up’ business unit based on a revolutionary new trace detection technology.
